Echo Dance Association

The Echo Dance Association is a not-for-profit organization, dedicated to promoting community arts through dance performances and related activities. Founded in 1998 in Toronto, originally founded in 1981 in Taiwan by Ms Lee Li-Hsuan Huang, the Echo Dance Association has established the strength of multiculturalism through its Modern and Chinese cultural dances and also outreached to community involvement of culture sharing. Echo has performed in many varieties of events in the Greater Toronto Area, including Chinese New Year Festival 2000 at Skydome(Rogers Centre), the Sudbury Dragon Boat Festival, the Hamilton Dragon Boat Festival, the Toronto Street Festival, and so on. The annual performance “Tradition and Innovation” series has obtained acclaims from audience every year.
