Wu Bai's new "Flower Dance" created for the retro hit, "You Are My Flower," is increasingly popular in Taiwan and extends beyond the main streets to men and women, young and old. For the first time in Vancouver, fans will have a chance to dance with Taiwan's "King of Rock."
