Rules & Regulations

  1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Promotion begins at 6:00 p.m. (PST) on May 16, 2008 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (PST) on June 30, 2008. The prize will be awarded in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received.
  2. HOW TO ENTER: Complete and submit the above entry form. Entrants must complete all required information to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries submitted by a single entrant in excess of the entry limit are void.
  3. WINNER SELECTION: A winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted on or about July 16, 2008.
  4. PRIZE: One (1) prize consisting of five hundred dollars ($500) in Canadian funds. The odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received.
  5. ELIGIBILITY: All residents of British Columbia, Canada who are 13 years or older may participate in this contest. This contest is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all federal, Provincial and local laws and regulations.
  6. NOTIFICATION: The selected entrant will be contacted through the email address given and will receive instructions on how to claim their prize, the winner must respond to the notification of having won the prize Within 10 days after receiving the email or an alternate winner will be selected. Refusal or failure to accept the prize constitutes a release of any kind and all obligations associated with the prize.
  7. SKILL-TESTING QUESTION: To win the prize, the selected entrant must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by phone or email. If the selected winner does not answer the question, the winner will be presumed to have refused the prize in question.
  8. CONDITIONS: By entering the contest, you agree to abide by the contest rules and all decisions of the contest organizers, which are final. The winner agrees to authorize the contest organizers to announce and publish their name and/or city in any forthcoming publicity in connection with this promotion without further remuneration.
