7. Online Store

All payments are to be made in CAD dollars and prices are subject to change at any time. Postage and applicable sales taxes will be added to your order during the checkout process. Prices do not include any import duties that may be added by the order destination country. Delivery dates are provided as an estimate only.

8. Product Origin

All products will be shipped from Canada unless otherwise stated.

9. Payment

Payment for any products on this Website can be made by credit card or to TaiwanFest’s PayPal account by any means accepted by PayPal. There will be no delivery from TaiwanFest until cleared funds are received.

10. Refunds

All sales are final. Items purchased from this Website are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

11. Pricing and Availability

If for any reason an item you have ordered turns out to be unavailable or priced incorrectly, TaiwanFest will inform you by email, or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

12. Delivery

All orders will be shipped worldwide within 72 hours by your chosen shipping method. We may sometimes use alternate shipping methods to delivery your package depending on your shipping address and/or other factors.

13. Customs

When placing an order from outside of the products' origin, you are considered the importer of the goods and therefore must conform to all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the item(s). You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected upon delivery at the shipping address provided. Any such additional charges for clearing customs must be settled by you, as TaiwanFest has no control over these charges.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold TaiwanFest harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or relating to your use of this Website in breach of these terms and conditions.

TaiwanFest reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of this Website following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as changed.
